National Association of Ecotourism,"Ekoturizam Srbija" is a nongovernmental organization (NGO), established in 2008th as the first national organization of professionals for the development of ecotourism in Serbia.
Activities of EcotourismSerbia: actively participate in the areas of social life, pertaining to the protection and promotion of environmental protection in Serbia, actively participates in the creation of environmental plans and programs in the field of environmental protection and ecology in Serbia advocates for raising awareness of sustainable tourism and ecotourism in people who travel, advocates for raising awareness among local population living in and around natural and protected areas for which it was decided to become eco-destinations, independently or in cooperation with other institutions to organizes conferences, scientific meetings and conferences on ecotourism, working in the field of ecology and ecotourism with authorities and services of municipalities in Serbia, cooperation with international organizations dealing with sustainable ecotourism, working on establishing a national acreditation, as could be equally involved in world flows.
